The Client Services Team are the first point of contact for clients, families/whanau, and providers. Through inbound and outbound communications, we aim to achieve the best outcomes for client/whanau through listening, assessing, information provision and if needed, escalating to others internally, or to external organisations. This is a full time role, based in Mt Wellington, with the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days a week.
We are Kaikaranga, formerly Taikura Trust. Since 2002, we’ve been supporting people with disabilities through the allocation of services and information to remove barriers, promote independence and to help them live their best life.
About the role...
Provide quality advice and support to a diverse range of clients.
Ask effective questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and expectations, to provide appropriate and relevant information.
Ensure clients are kept fully informed and that agreed timelines are met.
Keep accurate and timely records, ensuring all relevant information has been captured.
Action all queries and requests in a timely manner, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Contribute to the team, share information, and provide assistance when needed.
About you...
Passionate about what you do and committed to the best possible outcomes for clients and their family/whanau.
A great team player who can also work autonomously when needed to.
Exceptional communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people
Attention to detail, good time management skills and functional knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
The ability to maintain efficiency and a positive attitude when juggling a busy day
Committed to Kaikaranga's values
Experience in a call centre and/or the health or disability sector is an advantage
