Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking two reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our team at
Radhe Cleaning Ltd in Auckland. The role involves maintaining high cleaning
standards across various commercial facilities, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene for our
clients. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay with a minimum of 30 hours
per week guaranteed.If you have experience in commercial cleaning, are detail oriented,

Join our team at Radhe Cleaning Ltd as a Commercial Cleaner in Auckland, where
you’ll be part of a dynamic and hardworking team committed to delivering top-quality
cleaning services. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various
commercial properties, ensuring all areas are sanitary, well-kept, and presentable. This
includes tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces,
buffing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning in offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common
areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and
surface cleaning.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
Use specialized cleaning equipment for buffing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning to
maintain high hygiene standards.
Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
Follow safety guidelines and use equipment and chemicals as directed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as per client requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:

No previous cleaning experience required — full training will be provided.
Full, valid driving license is a must for traveling to various job sites.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Able to work early morning (3am–11am) and/or evening (6pm–10pm) shifts,
Monday to Saturday.
Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
Must pass a Ministry of Justice criminal background check.
Training & Support:

Experience not required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate with a
strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
