Job description, work day and responsibilities

You will be here to support the successful and smooth operation of North Western Toyota department.

We are located on Lincoln Road, Henderson.


You will be responsible for:

Front of house assistance and the beginning and the end of the day
Weekly maintenance of our loan vehicles (wash and vac, re-fueling)
Carrying out windcreen chip repairs
Carrying our headlight restorations
Carrying out disc machining
Customer shuttle runs
Vehicle deliveries (collecting, dropping off cars)
Parts collection and key cutting
Coffee machine cleaning
Workshop tidy
Pre-picking parts and carrying out no-show contact
Assisting in audit preparations
Rubbish removal
Basic invoicing
Answering the phone when needed

This role is part time working from 7:00am-5:30pm on both Tuesday and Thursday.
