We seek a Conveyancing Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to work alongside the Managing Director of a small boutique owned by a larger regional firm with offices in Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Worcestershire, and London.

The Role
Wiseman Consulting Limited is searching for a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 2+ years of experience working supervised / or unsupervised on their own caseload.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal at our client, you will be given a small caseload of around 20+ files and additional files under the Managing Directors' desk; work is varied but covers the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including but not limited to.
• Sales and Purchase
• Leasehold and freehold
• Transfers of Equity
• Remortgages
• Secured Lending
• Buy-to-let
• New build
• Lease extensions
The firm is well known for providing additional training, training contracts, and CILEx sponsorship, and candidates selected for the role can expect the firm to review all applications around August/September 2026.
The Managing Director has a relationship-focused work ethic. He has developed excellent client relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents, and lenders in the Gloucestershire region.
