JOB PURPOSE
As Creative Lead in Social Commerce, your role is essential in guiding our creative team & creative agencies to conceptualize and produce exceptional video content for various social platforms.
You will be responsible for shaping our brand's creative direction, ensuring consistency across all platforms while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
Your strategic insights and hands-on approach will drive innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience, elevate our brand identity, and ultimately drive business growth.
By fostering a collaborative environment and mentoring our creative talent, you will inspire excellence and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional design that captivates and inspires.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and brand guidelines.
Creative Direction : Lead and oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business expectations.
Brand Management : Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
Project Oversight : Provide guidance and direction on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining creative excellence.
Business & Media team Interaction : Act as a key point of contact for Business & Media Team, understanding their needs and objectives, and presenting creative solutions that meet their requirements.
Trend Awareness : Stay updated on video trends on social platforms, incorporating innovative ideas into creative assets to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate creative strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.
Quality Assurance : Review and approve creative materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are aligned with strategic objectives and brand identity.
Performance Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Qualifications
Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within the BFSI.
Experience in video production and video content creation
Technical understanding of video production process and visualization techniques
Understanding the basics of graphic designing and ability to evaluate and give feedback to graphic designers
Experience of audio-visual content creation, specifically for social media
Work-ex in social-first digital agencies / .coms / ecomm / new-age internet companies preferred
Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of compelling brand narratives and marketing campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts and messaging
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing creative teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and emerging trends in content creation and distribution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and strategy effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
