In some cases, offer ongoing support through a Debt Management Program, which enables clients to pay off their debts with interest relief.
Serve as a trusted resource, answering questions and following up to ensure clients stay on track toward financial stability.
As part of our commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality counselling experience, successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and are required to complete the Accredited Financial Counsellor Canada (AFCC) certification within two years of their start date.
