About the Brand Wraps n Knots by Arushi is a premium luxury gifting brand that curates bespoke, elegant, and customized gift hampers for all occasions—weddings, baby showers, festivals, corporate events, and more. We believe in the art of thoughtful gifting, and we're on a mission to redefine the luxury gifting experience in India and globally. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online presence, grow our community, and drive digital sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and tone. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management * Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business * Engage with audience, respond to DMs and comments, and build a loyal community * Work with the founder on creative direction and trends Content Creation Coordination * Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers * Write engaging captions and basic copy for ads, reels, and posts * Brainstorm ideas for Instagram Reels and Stories to showcase products
Performance Marketing * Run and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads * Track campaign performance, report ROI, and suggest optimization
SEO * Implement basic SEO strategies for product visibility * WhatsApp Marketing
