Concrete Canvas Ltd (CC) is in an exciting growth phase. With a team of around 80 people, we are expanding rapidly, generating substantial resources, and investing heavily to support continued growth. CC has been recognised with numerous awards, including the St David Award for Innovation, Science & Technology, and the King's Award for International Trade.

Our core technology, invented over twenty years ago by the company founders while studying at university, has revolutionised the construction industry. Our flagship product, Concrete Canvas, is a flexible concrete-filled textile that, when hydrated, provides a thin but durable concrete layer. It's over 10x faster to install than conventional concrete—essentially, it's Concrete on a Roll®. CC products are now sold in over 100 countries, making a global impact in erosion control, containment and drainage applications.

The Role

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. If you're a creative thinker, skilled in digital marketing, and ready to help shape our marketing strategies, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll have the flexibility to take charge of diverse marketing projects, including:
• Creating engaging EDMs using Marketing Automation Platforms (Force24)
• Managing social media campaigns and content creation
• Overseeing website updates and maintenance, as well as coordinating with external SEO agencies
• Crafting blog posts and monitoring marketing effectiveness via Google Analytics
• Presenting to colleagues and sales partners

There’ll also be opportunities to support the other members of the marketing team with:
• Editing marketing literature
• Planning and preparation of digital events and trade shows

The Ideal Candidate will be proficient in
• Creating EDM campaigns
• Social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• WordPress

And have:
• A team-player attitude but can work independently
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• An interest and experience in design and/or marketing

Desirable but Not Essential
• Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in a B2B environment
• Graphic design and artwork creation
• Video editing skills
• Knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Qualifications & Experience
• A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of industry experience

Location

The successful candidate will need to be located in South Wales, close to Pontyclun CF72 8HL, to ensure an easy commute.

Start Date

Estimated start date: late October to early November 2024 (negotiable for the right person).

Salary & Benefits
• Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
• Bonus scheme
• Benefits include casual dress, company events, pension, cycle to work scheme, free lunch, snacks & refreshments and on-site parking

Working Hours
• Full-time, Permanent
• Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
