Human Resources Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in HR management for an organization of 150+ employees and be familiar with current regulations, HR trends and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Implementing and overseeing performance management systems to ensure equitable and efficient evaluation of employee performance, in line with company goals and objectives.
• Utilizing data-driven methodologies to assess and analyze critical KPIs, offering insights into job performance metrics and trends.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Actively engage with employees on a daily basis, maintaining a hands-on approach to monitor productivity levels and provide support as needed, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within the organization.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives such as fun activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, Leadership, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of HR Management experience supporting a team of 100+, preferably within a BPO organization.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong decision-making abilities in navigating complex HR situations, utilizing sound judgement and strategic thinking to address challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and corporate stakeholders and an ability to convey complex data and information clearly and concisely.
• An analytical mindset for assessing performance, implementing effective solutions to increase productivity, and efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as well as the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Will to learn new technologies and methodologies while being proficient with computers and basic software applications.
• Full-time ability to work from our office.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
