Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for our clients, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our office.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide product information, and assist with order inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service at all times.
Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as A/P, A/R, Payroll, filing, data entry. Maintaining office supplies inventory. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for consultations, installations, and pickups. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure appointments are properly scheduled and communicated.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and updating order statuses. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
Sign Experience Support: Utilize knowledge of signage products and services to provide recommendations and guidance to customers. Assist with signage design, customization, and pricing inquiries.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Coordinate with facilities management for any maintenance or repair needs.
Requirements:

Previous experience in office administration or customer service roles is preferred.
Knowledge of signage products, materials, and production processes is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and basic data entry.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
