Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding
Collaborate with managers and supervisors to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture
Manage employee disciplinary procedures and terminations in accordance with company policies
Facilitate communication between employees and management
Implement performance evaluation program and its effectiveness
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues

Assist in updating and enforcing company policies and procedures
Conduct investigations and maintain records of all HR-related matters

Our client is expanding and has a lot of exciting growth opportunities. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine Human Resources functions at the assigned branch/dept, including hiring and interviewing staff, ensuring administration of pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
