Qualifications
Must have a solid working knowledge of California and federal labor laws that affect employment
Experience with handling documentation for workers comp claims
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or in a related field from an accredited institution, years of experience may be used in lieu of an educational requirement
2+ years’ experience in a related position
Spanish speaking is required
Ability to lift and move medium to large objects weighing up to 75 lbs
using suitable equipment
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch

Responsibilities:

Education / Experience / Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or in a related field from an accredited institution, years of experience may be used in lieu of an educational requirement.
• 2+ years’ experience in a related position.
• Spanish speaking is required. Reading and writing is preferred.

Additional Details
• Full-time position 7:30am-4pm M-F
• This is an on-site position.
• Starting pay is $25/hr.
