Act as key point person during open enrollment and assist employees with any issues
Review all payroll reports
Including PTO, sick time, and timecard issues
Onboard employees and partner with Managers to ensure a smooth transition
Manage Workers Comp, FLMA, and Short-Term Disability programs
Create a safety-first environment keeping employees up to date on the latest requirements
Comfortable presenting all data to all levels of associates, peers, and the management team
Provide employees with timely coaching, counseling, and feedback
