About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end onboarding process for corporate employees, including induction sessions, guiding them through medical processes, venue details, and other relevant information.

2. Provide support in pre-joining and joining formalities over Zing.

3. Coordinate with the IT team to manage email ID creation and laptop allocation for new joiners.

4. Support onboarding Survey aka Baby steps survey (New born, Infant & Toddlers) by analyzing data and statistics. Ensuring survey completion is 80% & above for all three phases.

5. Share the first cut data required for biometric activation and deactivation.

6. Assist with follow-ups, calendar invites, and other backend tasks for Catapult.

7. Conduct nursing department rota audits as per prescribed guidelines and prepare corresponding reports based on the data results.

8. Manage corporate employee files end to end with zero gaps.

9. Handle the addition or deletion of email IDs for the People department.

10. Provide data sharing for platforms such as Indeed and Ambition Box within timelines.

11. Support other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Manager.

12. Assist in creating LinkedIn announcements and welcome posts for new joiners.

13. Add new joiners to the Crib WhatsApp group for communication.
