10+ years of experience in HR Manager/Business Partner roles with a focus on people management, including experience working with large hourly populations as well as salaried employees
Passion for leading teams and empowering others, including managing HR Generalists, and other positions, as hired
Experience with UKG is a big plus, and Spanish fluency is required
Flexibility for 10-20% travel because we value face-to-face connections
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in HR

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000
