Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees across the region as per MHRIL Policies.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across the region.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs in coordination with L&D to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring of talent.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDBM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality / facility management / food / Airlines industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) preferred.
Travel:
- Open to travel & relocate as and when required.
