Le/la Partenaire d’affaires RH agit à titre de conseiller/ère stratégique auprès des gestionnaires d’un groupe de clients internes œuvrant dans des environnements d’entrepôts répartis à travers le Canada. Il/Elle joue un rôle clé dans l’application des meilleures pratiques RH et s’assure de la conformité avec les lois du travail propres à chaque province. Il/Elle collabore étroitement avec les gestionnaires pour favoriser un climat de travail sain, assurer l’efficience des opérations RH et accompagner les initiatives liées à la gestion du personnel.
Principales responsabilités
Agir comme point de contact RH pour un portefeuille d’entrepôts situés dans différentes provinces canadiennes.
Offrir un accompagnement stratégique et opérationnel aux gestionnaires dans la gestion des employés (relations de travail, rendement, développement, etc.).
Assurer l’interprétation et l’application des lois du travail provinciales (ex. : normes du travail, santé et sécurité, équité en emploi).
Gérer ou soutenir les dossiers disciplinaires, les enquêtes internes, et les processus de gestion des conflits.
Participer au maintien de normes et pratiques sécuritaires en entreposage par les gestionnaires.
Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe RH pour harmoniser les pratiques d’un site à l’autre.
Suivre les indicateurs RH (absentéisme, roulement, climat de travail) et proposer des plans d’action adaptés.
Accompagner les gestionnaires lors des changements organisationnels ou projets d’optimisation des effectifs.
Maintenir à jour ses connaissances des lois provinciales et des meilleures pratiques RH dans un contexte multisites.
Profil recherché
Baccalauréat en relations industrielles, gestion des ressources humaines ou domaine connexe.
5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de partenaire d’affaires, idéalement dans un environnement multisites.
Bonne connaissance des lois et règlements du travail applicables dans différentes provinces canadiennes.
Expérience en milieu opérationnel (logistique, entrepôts, fabrication) un atout important.
Excellentes habiletés en communication, en influence et en résolution de problèmes.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et à travailler de manière autonome.
Disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements dans les différents sites.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to managers of warehouse operations across multiple sites in the western Canada. The HRBP plays a key role in implementing best HR practices while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations in each province. The HRBP collaborates with leaders to promote a positive work environment, support effective workforce management, and contribute to HR-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main HR point of contact for a portfolio of warehouse locations across several Canadian provinces.
Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers in all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and development.
Interpret and ensure compliance with provincial labour laws (e.g., employment standards, health and safety, employment equity).
Manage or support disciplinary matters, internal investigations, and conflict resolution processes.
Maintaining health and safety storage standards and practices by managers.
Collaborate with other HR team members to align practices across different sites.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, workplace climate) and recommend tailored action plans.
Support managers through organizational changes and workforce optimization initiatives.
Stay current on employment legislation across provinces and emerging HR trends and practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner, ideally in a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment standards in various Canadian provinces.
Experience in operational environments (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing) is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Willingness to travel to different sites.
