About Us:
Chase Protein is one of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands in the sports and nutrition category. Based in Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, we offer clean, high-performance products like protein bars and peanut butters. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to drive our digital growth—either as a full-time team member or a freelance partner.

Role Overview:
You will own performance marketing across Meta, Google, and Amazon. Your goal is to scale paid campaigns, optimize ROAS, reduce CAC, and grow revenue with smart, data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Amazon, and other platforms
Launch, scale, and optimize ads to drive new customer acquisition
Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
Work with creative and eCommerce teams for assets and optimization
Requirements:

3+ years in performance marketing (preferably D2C, FMCG, or nutrition)
Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Comfortable with campaign budgeting, ROAS tracking, and funnel optimization
Bonus: Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo
Passion for fitness and wellness is a strong plus
