Overview: Become the Newest Member of the Family

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage various tasks and assist our guests and the employees. Duties including but not limited to. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time with or without notice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
Maintain and organize schedules through effective calendar management
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist in office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workspace
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow within the office
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and all common areas (ie: lunch room, conference rooms, hall way, etc…) and workspace
Responsible for stocking up office supplies, kitchen supplies, rest room supplies, etc…
Responsible for all facility maintenance needs (ie: contact plumber for plumbing issue, call service technician for printer problem, etc…)
Assist with receiving & shipping packages and routing incoming packages to the appropriate party
Assist with company’s event planning
May require to assist other departments with projects as needed (ie: Marketing event including some overnight travels)
Provide administrative support to the HR Department such as with timecards distribution and collection
Some driving to and from other office buildings required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in calendar management to coordinate appointments and meetings
Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain an orderly office environment
Attention to detail for accurate proofreading of documents
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client interactions
Experience in clerical work with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
Knowledge of office management practices to support daily operations
Familiarity with customer support techniques to enhance client satisfaction
Proficient in computer use, including office software applications
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience as an office clerk/coordinator & customer service
A deep understanding and passion in the apparel industry is helpful
Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities
Self-starter, eager to contribute by going the extra mile to succeed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
