We have an exciting opportunity for an expreienced Recruitment Manager to join our team based in the Perth Head Office with regular travel to site in WA!

In this role, you will effectively lead the end to end recruitment activities to support the successful delivery of a $6 billion EPC project. Managing a team of three recruiters and three administrators, this role ensures the timely sourcing, selection, and onboarding of qualified personnel across all project disciplines. The Recruitment Manager partners with internal stakeholders and external providers to meet project hiring targets, drive compliance with workforce and diversity requirements, and maintain recruitment efficiency and excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment.

Your focus will include:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the workforce planning objectives of a multi-billion-dollar EPC project, ensuring timely mobilization of personnel across all phases of project execution.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment administrators, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure delivery against project hiring timelines and quality standards.
Liaise with senior project stakeholders, including HR, construction, engineering, and commercial leads, to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment activity accordingly.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
Ensure compliance with Australian labour laws, project-specific workforce agreements, and company policies in all recruitment and onboarding activities.
Manage external recruitment vendors and agencies, ensuring effective use of PSLs, budget adherence, and consistent candidate quality.
Implement and optimize recruitment systems and processes, ensuring accurate reporting, data integrity, and continuous improvement across ATS and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and report recruitment KPIs and metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, providing regular updates to project leadership.
Drive workforce diversity and local content targets, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participation and local hiring quotas, in line with project agreements and social procurement goals.
Support workforce mobilisation, coordinating closely with HR, onboarding, travel, and site management teams to ensure seamless transition of hires to project sites.
Manage recruitment-related risk, including immigration and right-to-work compliance, pre-employment medicals, and security/background checks.
Promote the employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong reputation in the market, particularly within the construction, engineering, and resources talent pools.
What you will bring to the team:

Minimum 8–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role, ideally within EPC, infrastructure, construction, or resources sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment campaigns on major capital projects (>$1B), including high-volume and specialist technical roles.
Experience overseeing both internal recruiters and recruitment administrators, with a focus on performance, process efficiency, and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, meeting demanding mobilisation schedules and fluctuating hiring needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualifications or MBA desirable.
Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, RCSA, SHRM, or AHRI) is an advantage.
