Job description
About the Role:
Assist the HR manager in recruitment and onboarding employees on HRMS, helping with designing and organizing employee engagement activities and key team events to build a strong organizational culture.
Key responsibilities include handling day-to-day operations tasks. A technical background or experience in tech recruitment is a plus as we're also looking for HR interns/employees specifically for handling tech recruitment. However, it's not mandatory.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of HRMS and ATS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational, communications, and time-management skills required
• Degree/Internships in Human Resources or related field
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
