Job Description
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field
· 8+ years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience within SAP Supply chain field
· Experience on 2 End to End SAP LE / WM implementation
· 5+ years of experience as SAP LE / WM functional or techno-functional consultant. Experience with SAP and TMS integration is mandatory.
· Hands on experience in working with EMEA and North America Logistics requirements.
· Implementation experience SAP LE and WM modules which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training and postproduction Level 3 support.
· Strong Hands on experience in SAP LE – Delivery and Shipment processing, Shipment Costs, Accruals Integration with external TMS system.
· Strong Hands on experience in SAP WM – Picking and Putaway strategies, RF functions, Cycle Counting, Integration of PP, MM and SD. EWM experience will be an added advantage.
· Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business processes and associated software configuration with respect to LE/WM modules
· Foster and maintain ongoing internal relationships with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams
· Strong experience in Data integration with Non-SAP application.
· Participate in development process to analyze internal client requirements, determine fit and customizations, develop proposals, develop cost estimates, and present solutions to internal clients
· Analyze data and develop logical business application solutions to problems by working with the IT team and the user teams
· Requirements gathering for functional enhancement of the processes.
· Basic knowledge of ABAP code with basic debugging skills will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
· Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, writing functional specs, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
· Demonstrating expertise in the technologies covered by the SAP Supply chain
· Cross functional integration skills with other SAP functional work streams
· Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate well with staff at all levels, both orally and in writing.
· Able to lead team and drive communication to help/support business to make decision related to process implementation in SAP
