Job Purpose Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met. Preparation of accounts for self-employed individuals and partnerships. Preparation of personal and partnership tax returns, including HNWIs. Preparation of statutory accounts under FRS105 and FRS 102 (1a), as well as IFRS for UK subsidiaries of international groups. Preparation of corporate tax returns. Undertake quarter-end VAT reviews. Preparation of management accounts. Assist with tax planning work. Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources. Supervise junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development. Liaising with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries. Identifying new processes and ways to increase efficiency. Researching and interpreting changes to taxation and accounting regulations. Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities.
