Drive Growth: Utilize your deep understanding of SEM and video marketing to catalyze substantial growth in SaaS and B2B DemandGen funnels, consistently exceeding performance benchmarks
Optimization Expertise: Employ hands-on experience to meticulously optimize campaigns, diving into deeper funnel metrics and running tests with statistical rigor to identify high-impact strategies
Data Analysis: Delight in extracting insights from platform data, conducting thorough analyses, and identifying trends to propose actionable opportunities at the campaign, ad group, and keyword levels
Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate natural flexibility and adaptability to accommodate evolving business growth needs, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain optimal performance
Collaborative Approach: Foster a collaborative environment, considering various viewpoints to ensure the adoption of the best strategies and tactics for driving growth

Join our dynamic Growth Marketing team as a Senior Online Marketing Manager, where you'll leverage your expertise in customer acquisition and campaign optimization to drive significant growth across various channels including SEM, ABM, App marketing, and paid social advertising (e.g., LinkedIn and Facebook). We're seeking someone with a meticulous attention to detail, a drive for exceeding targets, and an analytical mindset to oversee the strategic allocation of investments and the day-to-day management of B2B campaigns. Key Responsibilities

We’d Love To Chat If You Have
• 8 + years of relevant experience in SEM, video marketing with track record of catalyzing step function growth in SaaS and B2B DemandGen funnels
• Experience managing large budgets. (Our budgets are 1M+)
• Deep hands-on experience with running campaigns to deeper funnel metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Systems, or related marketing experience.
