Role Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the ServiceNow Change Management process.
• Facilitate change meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential impacts of changes.
• Maintain the Change Management repository in ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with established change management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather change requirements.
• Provide guidance and training on change management practices.
• Review change requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Track and report on change management metrics and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in change management.
• Support the continuous improvement of ServiceNow functionalities.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of change-related issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to change processes.
• Develop communication plans to inform stakeholders of changes.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Change Management within IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management module.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
• Experience in training and guiding teams on change management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Certifications in ITIL or ServiceNow preferred.
