Responsibilities

Content Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging, with a focus on automotive industry trends and insights
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings, targeting keywords relevant to automotive components and manufacturing
Website Analytics: Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
User Experience: Ensure an optimal user experience by continuously testing and refining website features and functionalities
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and attract potential candidates, focusing on platforms most relevant to the automotive industry, such as LinkedIn and industry-specific forums
Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, highlighting company achievements, industry insights, and career opportunities
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages across social media platforms to foster a positive community and build relationships with followers

The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, expertise in digital marketing, and the creativity to drive both talent acquisition and brand awareness within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires, specifically for roles within the automotive component industry.
• Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry-specific events, and networking.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing company websites and social media platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Understanding of the automotive industry and its trends is highly desirable.
