Responsibilities
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of human resources and will be required to analyze data and provide regular reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager
This person will assist with developing and administering companywide human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, employee relations, benefits, labor relations, training, and health and safety
This position will have a strong emphasis on employee relations, including overseeing and providing guidance on employee coaching, corrective action, unemployment, and escalated employee complaints

Our client is currently seeking a Corporate HR Generalist / Manager to be responsible to manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of several human resources team members. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of human resources and will be required to analyze data and provide regular reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager. This person will assist with developing and administering companywide human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, employee relations, benefits, labor relations, training, and health and safety. This position will have a strong emphasis on employee relations, including overseeing and providing guidance on employee coaching, corrective action, unemployment, and escalated employee complaints. Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience in HR Leadership / Management required.
• High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred
• PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, preferred
• 3-5 years HR Generalist Experience - Preferably in Manufacturing
