7-10 years of paralegal experience in corporate litigation
Proficiency in e-filing in Delaware courts, with Chancery Court experience being essential
Familiarity with Delaware court rules
Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Capacity to work independently under pressure and multitask effectively
Availability for overtime work on weeknights and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities
As a Paralegal in our team, you'll play a vital role in assisting our attorneys throughout all phases of complex corporate litigation work
From administrative support to case management, your expertise will contribute to the success of our practice
Provide comprehensive administrative and case support to attorneys and practice group members
Manage all aspects of the case management system, including electronic file management, calendaring, task lists, and deadlines
Assist in drafting pleadings and handling daily assignments related to active litigation matters and trial preparation
Serve as a liaison between clients, counsel, and courts regarding case issues
Perform a wide range of paralegal tasks for corporate litigation cases
Prepare exhibit and hearing binders, both physical and electronic
Participate in trial preparations and attend trials as required
