Salary $85,000 - $115,000 per year
Responsibilities
As a Paralegal in our team, you'll play a vital role in assisting our attorneys throughout all phases of complex corporate litigation work
From administrative support to case management, your expertise will contribute to the success of our practice
Provide comprehensive administrative and case support to attorneys and practice group members
Manage all aspects of the case management system, including electronic file management, calendaring, task lists, and deadlines
Assist in drafting pleadings and handling daily assignments related to active litigation matters and trial preparation
Serve as a liaison between clients, counsel, and courts regarding case issues
Perform a wide range of paralegal tasks for corporate litigation cases
Prepare exhibit and hearing binders, both physical and electronic
Participate in trial preparations and attend trials as required

Are you an experienced Paralegal looking for a challenging role in corporate litigation? Join our prestigious Delaware law firm with a diverse business practice, and become a crucial member of our Corporate Litigation Group.

As a Paralegal in our team, you'll play a vital role in assisting our attorneys throughout all phases of complex corporate litigation work. From administrative support to case management, your expertise will contribute to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and case support to attorneys and practice group members.

Manage all aspects of the case management system, including electronic file management, calendaring, task lists, and deadlines.

Assist in drafting pleadings and handling daily assignments related to active litigation matters and trial preparation.

Serve as a liaison between clients, counsel, and courts regarding case issues.

Requirements

Paralegal Certificate required.
