Responsibilities
As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for
Assisting with all aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A and financing transactions
Preparing and filing UCC financing statements and amendments
Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions
Managing and organizing various corporate documents and records
Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda
Coordinating due diligence for various transactions
Assisting with corporate governance matters, including preparing materials for board meetings and maintaining corporate minute books
Providing general support to the legal department as needed

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Paralegal for our dynamic Mortgage industry team. This is a permanent, full-time position that will offer the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to be a part of our legal department, assisting in various corporate transactions and legal projects.
