Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the field
This role is crucial for fostering local partnerships, organizing promotional events, and driving lead generation through community engagement
Local Partnerships & Promotions: Develop and manage partnerships with local coffee shops and businesses to create and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., offering free coffee to the first 100 customers)
Coordinate with partners to display company signage and distribute branded materials
Community Engagement: Meet with local residential committees, such as Homeowners Associations (HOAs), to gather insights, generate ideas, and build connections that will drive interest in our services
Event Participation: Set up and manage booths at local events, including town festivals, farmers markets, and fairs
Handle all aspects of booth operation, from setup to visitor engagement, and track customer data effectively
Lead Generation: Focus on generating leads rather than direct sales
Collect potential customer information using an iPad and inform them that our team will follow up in the future
