Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to human resource processes at the Consumer Cellular, Inc. location. They provide administrative and clerical support in the day-to-day human resource activities. Duties may vary daily dependent on the needs of business operations.
Essential Tasks and Duties (Other duties may be assigned)
Provide administrative support for ADA/FMLA administration to include: leave tracking, employee reminders and follow-up.
Proactively manage pre-hire onboarding process for rehire candidates via Applicant Tracking System.
Review and complete unemployment notices for separation information. Complete unemployment wage audits. Attend unemployment hearings.
Facilitate new hire onboarding process including benefits presentation, E-Verify, pre-hire document management, new hire policy packet distribution, and employee file organization.
Communicate promotion announcements via email, as needed.
Process manager changes in a timely manner.
Facilitate contractor conversion process to full time equivalent.
Quarterly participation in committees.
Coordinate employee events in collaboration with other HR Coordinators
Manage employee badges: activate, deactivate, and assignment.
Laisse with TRP Coordinator to ensure Trip Reduction Program is successfully implemented.
Monitor HR inventory to ensure adequate supply of materials for projected hiring classes.
Submit supply orders when necessary.
Monitor terminated employees who came from agency partners, notifying of any termination within first 90-days.
Qualifications
CONFIDENTIALITY, a must
2 to 4 year college degree preferred.
2+ years Human Resources experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS office suite of applications and aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
Overall strong computer skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in written form.
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand fast paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Ability to work individually as well as in group environment.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
Minimum Salary: $42,000
Maximum Salary: $52,500
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
