Qualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in Modern Workplace solutions deploying, administrating, and/or supporting any of the following: Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business Online, Telephony (Inbound Voice Routing, Call Queues, Number porting), Unified Communications solutions that include VoIP, IM, real-time communications, UM, such as OCS/Lync/Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams, Jabber, Zoom, Cisco WebEx or related
Strong preference – Experience with Teams App
Enterprise support for Microsoft Teams, including implementation, administration, and troubleshooting, including presentations, training and workshops
Hands on working with SFB 2015/2019 Server, Microsoft Teams Exchange Online or On-premises in a support or consulting role
In-depth knowledge of supporting and complementary technologies, such as AD Azure, Active Directory Connect and PowerShell
Knowledge of Networking, TCP, options, related tools like Wireshark or Fiddler is a+
Working independently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated aptitude for providing extraordinary customer service in politically charged environments

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Microsoft Teams initiatives
CE’s work with and assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments
You will be a trusted advisor, providing guidance, education and adherence for best practices, risk mitigation etc
Travel: CE’s are home based and typically deliver services via Microsoft Teams

We have an opportunity for a Microsoft Teams expert to join our team working as a Customer Engineers (CE’s). A CE’s time is dedicated to working with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Microsoft Teams initiatives. CE’s work with and assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments. You will be a trusted advisor, providing guidance, education and adherence for best practices, risk mitigation etc.
Travel: CE’s are home based and typically deliver services via Microsoft Teams. Some travel may be required.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 based on experience
Primary work typically includes:
• Standard Product Work Shops – Training
• In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
• Health Checks / Assessments
• Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
• Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
• Systems Performance Reviews
