Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Office Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software, familiarity with SAGE 100 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner eager to take on new challenges.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
