Responsibilities
SUMMARY:The Office Assistant position is the first touchpoint with our customers and vendors
The Office Assistant must have basic computer skills and attention to detail to support both incoming visitors and the human resources department
Answer incoming calls and direct callers to correct contact, greet in-person visitors and manage the front desk
Coordinate with supply chain to have PO's created and/or received (as needed for those purchases that require this, such as cartons)
Organize and order all office supplies for the facility
Manage and submit expense reports for site director and HRBP, as needed
Assist with event planning, employee update postings, and departmental celebrations
Assist the HR team with copies, mass mailings, and small shipments, coordinate events, and department meetings
Perform scanning of documents (orders, packing slips, contracts, etc.) for all company departments and maintain records in the system
Assist management with travel arrangements as requested
Perform other duties as assigned or required

SUMMARY:The Office Assistant position is the first touchpoint with our customers and vendors. The Office Assistant must have basic computer skills and attention to detail to support both incoming visitors and the human resources department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to correct contact, greet in-person visitors and manage the front desk.
• Coordinate with supply chain to have PO's created and/or received (as needed for those purchases that require this, such as cartons).
• Organize and order all office supplies for the facility.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma/GED.
• Ability to demonstrate organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates a customer-oriented attitude.
• Candidates must be able to successfully pass background check/drug test.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years working in customer service/human resources environment.
