Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handling Supervisor to oversee and optimize the movement, storage, and distribution of materials in our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and proficiency with SAP to ensure accurate tracking and efficient workflow.

Additionally, the Materials supervisor will have daily interaction with LVM/MM Staff and acts as a service provider to LVM/MM operations – thereby taking some local direction from operations management.

Responsibilities
• Day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Supervise daily material handling operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Utilize SAP for inventory management, tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Train and manage a team of material handlers, providing clear direction and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and analyze reports on material flow and inventory metrics.
• Oversee Receiving function and responsible for resolving discrepancies.
• Manage and improve delivered un-issued parts.
• Manage the obsolete and sell back scrap process.
• Communicating with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand,
• Retaining documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory,
• General housekeeping of the warehouse, enforcing and maintaining safety in the warehouse, adhering to standard warehouse guidelines, and following the Innomotics’ policies.
• Maintain material masters for E21/E2F warehouse
• Run WM reports (+02,+21, Cycle Counts, Delivered Unissued, COGI)

Your Profile

• High School Diploma

• Detail oriented, accurate and organized

• Computer skills a must – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),

• SAP experience – IM and WM modules

• Good written and verbal communication

• Material handling skills/experience – movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment

• Customer service approach – responsive and thorough

• Self-directed – ability to work independently

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Associates or Bachelors Degree

• 3 years experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function

• Variety of supply chain management experience

• Experience working with cross-functions (e.g. project managers, service technicians)

• Customer service experience

• SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)

The pay range for this position is $57,000 to $+7.700. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
