Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Events Marketing will be responsible for managing the trade show and events team within the Direct Growth Marketing department
Day to day activities would include planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact events and trade shows that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a proven track record in managing large-scale events and trade shows
Develop and implement comprehensive event and trade show strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and trade shows, including logistics, vendor management, staffing, and on-site management
Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards
Manage relationships with event venues, suppliers, and partners
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events and trade shows
Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize event attendance and engagement
Communicate event plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and other key stakeholders
Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for events
Track and report on event expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings
Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed

The Senior Manager, Events Marketing will be responsible for managing the trade show and events team within the Direct Growth Marketing department.
