The ideal candidate for the Permanent Staff Accountant position should have the following qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1 year of experience in accounting or a related role
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience with general ledger functions, account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts and data to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions
A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed

As a Permanent Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring our financial operations run smoothly
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for
Managing the general ledger and conducting account reconciliations
Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding receivables
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Assisting with audits and tax preparations
Collaborating with other departments to improve financial procedures and ensure financial integrity

Responsibilities

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for
• Managing the general ledger and conducting account reconciliations.
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
