Warehouse Administrator
BSW Timber Solutions is a leading timber manufacturer and distributor to the DIY, and Builders Merchant markets. With six main operating divisions and part of the largest sawmilling business in the UK, collectively we produce over 1.2 million cubic metres of sawn timber per year and employee over 1400 people. Within BSW Timber Solutions Group, we have four sites, Stoke, Hull, Welshpool and Grangemouth.
We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join the team at the Melton site to work alongside the current Warehouse team.
You will help to ensure a high level of accuracy at all times throughout the dispatch process. You will be integral to providing administration support within a busy production and warehouse environment.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Checking stock and loads before dispatching to our customers.
• Communicate clearly with the production and warehouse staff
• Checking and printing delivery labels for products prior to dispatch
• Investigating any stock queries
• Processing of day-to-day paperwork
You will have an eye for detail and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of SAP would be extremely advantageous.
The proposed working pattern for this shift is 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, weekly rotation, we are currently under consultation with our employees so this may differ.
We offer an hourly rate of £13.61 for this role.
