Responsibilities
Your pivotal role will involve orchestrating seamless operations and supporting our mission to lead the charge in sustainable transportation solutions
Report directly to the Lead Supervisor, providing administrative support to the leadership team and ensuring smooth operations across the organization
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, including international travel and meetings
Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and maintaining calendars for the Leadership team
Assist with auditing and processing expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies
Coordinate logistics for high-level internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and conference call setups
Drafts reports, letters, and proposals on behalf of the Leadership Team
Assist with event planning and coordination for company events, workshops, and leadership retreats under the guidance of the Lead Supervisor
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication on behalf of the leadership team and Lead Supervisor

Amplify Cell Technologies - Administrative Assistant

Join our thrilling journey in revolutionizing the commercial vehicle industry as an Administrative Assistant for our cutting-edge joint venture to manufacture battery cells for commercial electric vehicles. Your pivotal role will involve orchestrating seamless operations and supporting our mission to lead the charge in sustainable transportation solutions.

Responsibilities
• Report directly to the Lead Supervisor, providing administrative support to the leadership team and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
• Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, including international travel and meetings.
• Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and maintaining calendars for the Leadership team.
• Assist with auditing and processing expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies.
