As an administrative assistant lead - legal , you will play a crucial role in our House Counsel office by overseeing the workflow and processes of our dedicated administrative support group. Your primary responsibilities will include distributing new cases to the support staff, assisting with pleadings and discovery follow-up, and processing any overflow of incoming mail. You will also be tasked with completing detailed reports, providing valuable insights to improve our operations. Additionally, you will mentor and guide the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Must-have qualifications
• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 5 years administrative experience which includes overseeing the work of others.
Preferred skills
• Prior experience in a law office
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working independently
Compensation
• $25.10 - $27.88/hour
