Title: Ecommerce Marketing Specialist/ Digital Site Merchandiser
Location: Katy, TX 7744+
Duration: Long Term Contract
Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
• Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
• 100% in office(Katy,TX)
Work Experience:
• 2 – 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, with a focus on digital marketing, merchandising, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Site Operations & Product Detail Pages (PDPs): Maintain and optimize PDPs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Product Bundles & Recommendations: Implement product bundles and website product recommendations that align with the go-to-market calendar and enterprise priorities.
• Tracking & Performance Monitoring: Maintain a comprehensive tracking document to monitor product recommendation coverage, gaps, and overall performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with insights to drive ongoing optimization efforts.
• Content Creation & Execution: Work with files, visuals, and Monitate to execute and enhance product bundles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with merchandising, marketing, and content teams to ensure bundles and product recommendations align with business goals.
• Lower Funnel Initiatives: Support efforts focused on the lower end of the customer journey to enhance conversion and engagement.
• Process Improvement: Follow established procedures for executing bundles while contributing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
• Category Specialization: Work on specific product categories, such as crawfish pots, with potential for expanded strategic responsibilities.
Key Skills & Expertise:
• Ecommerce Marketing: Experience with product curation, and site operations marketing to support website product recommendations.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong critical thinking abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
• Process Mindset: Ability to define, document, and execute processes while suggesting improvements for continuous optimization.
• Organized & Accountable: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solver: Proactive mindset with a bias for action and a positive attitude toward challenges.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking, reporting, and day-to-day communications. Experience with Monitate is highly valued.
• Data Accuracy: Ability to manually adjust product feed data as necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Analytics Background: Experience analyzing site and merchandising performance is a plus.
• Developer Background: A technical background could also be a strong fit for the role.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of study.
