• Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and clients.
• Candidate Engagement:Manage candidate follow-ups, negotiate offers, and provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• End-to-End Recruitment:Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding of the selected candidate.
