Masters preferred.Experience: 10 – 15 years.Willingness to frequently travel to construction sites as and when required.Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems.Ability to manage multi-vendor contractor workforce.Multilingual proficiency preferred (especially in regions with local labor use) .Role Overview:This role bridges the gap between site operations and corporate HR, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a safe and efficient work environment, managing workforce relations, and supporting all HR functions on-site. The position requires hands-on HR expertise, adaptability to harsh and remote environments, and a strong focus on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Liaising with site management, contractors, and corporate HR team & overseeing mobilization and demobilization of project personnel including staff, contractors, and labor by acting as the overall HR contact for all on-site personnel.Address grievances, resolve disputes, and support disciplinary processes in coordination with Site Head and Head - HR.Maintain accurate manpower logs, vendor bills, attendance records and submit it along with other HR-related site reports (e.g., workforce strength, attrition, incidents) periodically.Ensure site-level HR practices adhere to labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.Maintaining statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, labor license, wage records, etc. and coordinate audits and ensure all HR-related documentation is updated and accurate.Ensure site welfare facilities (e.g., accommodations, canteens, restrooms) are well-maintained.Communicate and enforce HR policies and Code of Conduct on-site and educate employees and contractors on organizational policies and behavioral expectations.
