What Your Day Will Look Like
• Provide and promote HR service excellence and foster effective teamwork and business relationships.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CV’s, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the induction and onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist with the administration of confidential employee letters and documents using the electronic tools and systems in accordance with best practice and legislation following data protection regulations and ensuring files and recruiting records are GDPR compliant.
• Help organise and coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion activities and events.
• Communicate sensitively with a wide range of people providing support in handling employee queries and resolving HR-related issues.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.

About You
• This role would be suitable for someone who has completed college / A ‘Levels, looking to start their HR journey
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with string attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work on own initiative, sometimes working under pressure and to tight timescales.
