We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR
Intern will play a key role in supporting the organization's HR initiatives and ensuring a smooth employee life-cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding. This internship position offers significant learning opportunities and exposure to various HR functions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building relationships, possess strong organizational skills, and have an interest in HR practices.
Responsibilities:
On-boarding: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless on-boarding process for new hires. Prepare and distribute on-boarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, coordinate training programs, and assist with the necessary paperwork.
HR Administration: Support HR professionals in maintaining accurate employee records and databases. Assist with data entry, file management, and document preparation. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Relations: Respond to general employee queries, provide basic HR-related guidance, and direct individuals to appropriate resources. Foster positive relationships with employees, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management: Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes. Help ensure timely completion of performance assessments, track progress, and compile relevant reports.
Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and track employee participation.
Off-boarding: Support the HR team in conducting exit interviews, coordinating exit processes, and preparing necessary documentation. Contribute to the development and implementation of off-boarding strategies.
HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and practices. Conduct research, prepare presentations, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
Location: Based out of Bangalore, India
Interview Mode: Must be available for a Face to face Interview (Office location: HSR Layout)
Language Skills: English Communication Skills
Equipment: Must possess a personal laptop
Experience: Candidates with knowledge and experience in Human Resources
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
