Job Summary:
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with assigned clients. This role involves working closely with brands to understand their needs, implement strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products/services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client relationship management, strategy implementation, and experience working with top-tier brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Understand client goals and objectives, and align our services/products to meet their needs effectively.
• Account Growth & Development:
• Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results that exceed client expectations.
• Monitor and report on account performance, using data to suggest improvements and drive client success.
• Strategic Implementation:
• Work with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their business success.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies.
• Analyze market trends and client data to propose innovative solutions that align with client goals.
• Brand Collaboration:
• Collaborate with well-known brands, understanding their unique challenges and delivering solutions that align with their brand values.
• Ensure all brand communications and strategies are consistent with client objectives and the company's goals.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, account status, and market trends.
• Provide actionable insights to clients based on data analysis and industry knowledge.
• Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients.
• Ensure that all client concerns are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience working with brands, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to implement effective strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
