Exceptional interpersonal skills; experience developing relationships with internal partners, third-party vendors, and customers
Cross-functional and collaborative mindset
Consultative approach to questions, concerns, and issues
Motivated, positive attitude and results-oriented

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities
$70,200.00 - $137,800.00

Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and managing innovative GTM events to build and accelerate pipeline
Will work effectively with clients, internal teams, industry organizations, and external vendors to flawlessly deliver world-class events to meet NA goals
Responsible for NA Tier 1 Genesys and 3rd party events program management and execution on behalf of Genesys
Contribute to event playbooks and sales activation kits
Contribute to sales communications (newsletters, event snapshot etc.)
Responsible for NA event calendar
Be the conduit between Global Events, Field Marketing and other internal teams
Track budget costs throughout a project and communicate scope changes that affect the budget
Gather and track ROI, engagement analytics, and feedback to consistently assess opportunities for improvement

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for NA Tier 1 Genesys and 3rd party events program management and execution on behalf of Genesys.
• Contribute to event playbooks and sales activation kits.
• Contribute to sales communications (newsletters, event snapshot etc.).
• Responsible for NA event calendar.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
