Our company is a 30 yrs old established company, with a team of approximately 1000 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known companies.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing PF Process, Employee Mediclaim Management, Exit Process Management, HR Operations and Contract Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the Provident Fund (PF) process, which involves processing various PF forms with the help of a consultant and replying to employee queries.
• Responsible for submitting KYC data for PF to the payroll team on monthly basis.
• Ensure that the monthly addition and deletion data for the employee benefit policy is shared with the insurance partner and reconcile the data to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure that the Full & Final Settlement process is handled seamlessly monthly, as per per-determined timelines.
• Be the point of contact for exited employees for any HR Operations-related queries, such as Form 16, payslips, any outstanding payments, or relieving procedures.
• Responsible for conducting background verification checks on exited employees.
• Manage the entire operations of interns for the site, which includes managing their accounts, processing their stipends, and other related tasks.
• Maintain close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and address employee queries.
• Serve as the HR SPOC to manage end-to-end contract resource management, connecting with vendors, managers, recruitment, and finance teams.
• Manage and update contract database on internal portal of General Mills
• Responsible for monthly invoice processing and resolving any queries related to the process.
• Identify and recommend updates to systems and procedures to improve HR operations.
• Provide support to the HR team with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
• MBA degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2 years of experience in HR Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good with excel & reporting.
• Energetic with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
• 2 to 4 Years
Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Working Timings: 10am to 7:pm or 11am to 8pm
Job Location:
• Powai, Mumbai Location
Tenure 1yr contract (May be extended based on performance)
