The Marketing and Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the luxury wedding sector
This individual will develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and social media campaigns designed to attract and engage discerning clients
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop, implement, and manage targeted marketing strategies tailored to the luxury wedding market
This includes digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid ads, ensuring consistency with our brand image
Social Media & Content Creation: Create, curate and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn)
This includes generating high-quality photo and video content to engage and attract a discerning clientele
Brand & Market Positioning: Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, floral, event planning) to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging
Conduct market research to keep up with trends and competitors
Website & Listings Management: Maintain and update digital platforms, including company websites and listings like The Knot and WeddingWire, ensuring that content reflects our premium services
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools, such as Google Analytics and social media insights
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize performance and ROI
Budget & Vendor Collaboration: Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with ownership, optimizing spend for maximum ROI

Job Overview:
