As an Organisational Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading change management efforts that support the successful delivery of significant digital and data initiatives critical to achieving our organisational objectives and strategic goals.

This role suits a humanistic, energetic, tenacious, hardworking, self motivated person who is able to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, likes juggling multiple initiatives, loves being part of a dynamic Organisational Change Management Team, and doesn’t mind a bit of ambiguity.


What you’ll do

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Organisational Change, you’ll lead the change management effort for multiple digital and data programs in a large portfolio of change.

This is a key enabling role focused on partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Decision Intelligence, and Operations to build change capability and drive a great change experience for our people and our customers.

You’ll develop and deliver change activities aligned with our Change Management Framework that enable business readiness for digital initiatives.

You’ll have a strong background in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all organisational levels, as working with and influencing a broad range of stakeholders is a key part of this role.

You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between Technology and the business in delivering successful change outcomes.


What experience you need

7+ years leading end-to-end change management for major digital initiatives using a defined change management framework.

Experience at building change management skills of leaders and other stakeholders through coaching and support.

Self-driven, with strong organisational and time management skills, and a collaborative team player.

A strategic mindset to align, connect and drive outcomes across a large change portfolio.

Ability to evaluate change initiatives and recommend improvements, including continuous improvement of our organisational change framework, tools and templates.


What could set you apart

Portfolio level Change Management experience, including driving great change outcomes for multiple, significant digital initiatives.

Change management experience spanning diverse geographies and timeframes in complex Technology and Data organisations.

While the scope of this role primarily relates to leading internal change activities, experience working with customer related change is beneficial.

Experience working in fast paced, agile delivery environments.
